Job Description
Do you dream of working in an environment full of sweets and delicacies? In order to strengthen our team until the end of the winter season, we are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to make pastries, cakes and desserts for our various stores in Chamonix and Saint Gervais les Bains. 2 consecutive days of leave Work from 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Position to be filled immediately until the end of April with possibility of extension.
Requirements
Preparation of fillings for pastries, Characteristics of yeast flours, additives, Hygiene and food safety rules, Making pastries, Measuring culinary ingredients, Assembling and decorating pastry products, Identifying and processing a customer request, Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the work space
