The MAGIC MEGEVE BOIS, a high-end boutique hotel located in Demi-Quartier, is recruiting a Receptionist with proven experience in star or luxury establishments. Main activities: - Greet and assist customers with courtesy and professionalism. - Meet the expectations of guest-guests and manage the follow-up of their stay to meet their needs. - Manage the front/back office, with particular emphasis on administrative and office procedures.
Requirements
Have team spirit, Demonstrate rigor and precision, Have a sense of service, Advanced English level B2, Manage payments and financial transactions at reception, Liaise with other hotel departments, Inform, inform, direct a person on the services offered, Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls
