We are looking for a store manager who is passionate about selling cheese and local products as well as managing a team of 1 to 3 people. Reporting to management, your main responsibilities will be as follows: - Ensure the general good condition of the point of sale; - Ensure the implementation of different products by controlling supplies; - Compliance with HACCP standards; - Ensure proper product rotation; - Cut and package the cheeses
Requirements
Knowledge of fresh products (fruit, vegetables, meat, fish), Types of food products, Knowledge of specific food products (organic, local, etc.), Sense of customer service, Organize, set up a sales area, Recruit and integrate new arrivals, Ensure order tracking and inventory management, Organize order processing
