Job Description
The medical care and rehabilitation service, located on the Chamonix hospital site, includes 50 full hospitalization beds with multipurpose and geriatric designations. The multidisciplinary team (Doctor, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, neuropsychologist, psychologist, caregivers.) develops projects to meet the needs of hospitalized people. Your role: take care of patients as a whole in connection with the life project carried out as a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
Carry out personal hygiene, comfort and prevention care, Measure the patient's or resident's vital parameters, control medical devices and equipment and transmit the information to the nurse, Support patients in the actions of daily life
