Job Description
Main missions Administrative and financial management of the structure: budget development, expenditure monitoring, reporting to the community or managing organization. Supervision and support of the multidisciplinary team (EJE, childcare assistants, CAP AEPE, multi-purpose agents). Management of the establishment project: implementation of the educational, pedagogical and social project. Supervision of the reception of children and families: guaranteeing quality and safety

Planning of educational activities, Communication techniques with parents, Supporting the hygiene, nutrition and development of children under 3 years old, Supporting the development, autonomy and awakening of children over 3 years old, Leading, coordinating a team, Ensuring compliance of practices with safety standards, Ensuring the administrative and financial management of an activity, Ensuring follow-up of educational directives
