Our architecture agency based in Morzine-Avoriaz and specialized in mountain architecture, is looking for an architect collaborator - Work monitoring. Job profile for the “design” part: - Professional experience of at least 2 years in an architectural agency in an equivalent position. - Mastery of ARCHICAD essential, from the Sketch phase to the PRO phase. - Perfect knowledge in the management of town planning regulations and in the preparation of Permit files
Requirements
Organize your work according to priorities and objectives, Demonstrate rigor and precision, Be proactive, Attend site meetings, Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, Monitor construction sites and ensure the progress of the various lots (structural work, technical trades, etc.), Participate in the development of administrative files (building permits for example), Use design software (CAD/CAD)
