Job Description
MISSIONS: The Children/Youth department is looking for an early childhood care assistant for the “Les Intrépides” multi-day nursery in Alpe d'Huez. This agent will be responsible for organizing and carrying out reception and activities that contribute to the child's development as part of the structure's educational project. Main Activities: - Welcome children, parents or parental substitutes - Create and implement the conditions necessary for well-being
Requirements
Have team spirit, Listen, show empathy, Show creativity, inventiveness, Support the child in learning the gestures of daily life and the rules of community life, Observe the child's behavior and development and identify possible difficulties, Prepare and give the child a meal or a drink
